In April, 2020, I sent 60 poems in the mail to local businesses and residents in Plymouth–two for every day in National Poetry Month.
The response was phenomenal: local businesses were thrilled to have this support and thoughtful connection during the difficult period of the pandemic. I also heard from many local residents who were delightfully surprised by the unexpected intercession of poetry in their lives.
